The members area offers voluntary tools with which you can record health data yourself: weight, medication dose and blood values. These are special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR.

This data is processed exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent under Art. 9 (2)(a) GDPR, which is obtained before the first use of these tools. The processing serves solely to show you your own progress. Your entries are not visible to other users. The controller (see point 1), as the operator of the platform, has technical access to the stored data but uses this solely for the operation of the service. There is no analysis, no profiling and no sharing of this data with third parties for content purposes.

Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You can delete individual entries yourself and request the complete deletion of your health data at any time at contact@leandro-meirelles.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point.

External service providers are used to provide the offering:

• Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland) for payment processing
• Base44 for hosting, reading area, login and technical provision
• Resend for sending transactional emails
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Facebook/Instagram) for reach measurement and advertising – only with your consent
• other technical infrastructure providers, as required

Personal data may be processed to the extent necessary in each case.

Processing by the service providers used may also take place outside the European Union. In particular, the Stripe, Resend and Meta services may transfer data to the USA. This transfer takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations exist.

When you contact us by email, the transmitted data is stored and processed to handle your request.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies and comparable technologies that are required for login, security, session management and functionality. During the payment process, our payment provider Stripe uses technically necessary cookies for fraud prevention and security.

With your consent, we additionally use the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). We use them to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to improve its delivery. These technologies are only loaded and activated after you have expressly consented in the cookie banner. Without your consent, no processing by the Meta Pixel takes place.

In this process, usage data (e.g. pages visited and actions triggered, such as a purchase) and a pseudonymised, encrypted (hashed) form of your email address may be transmitted to Meta. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. With regard to the joint collection of the data, we and Meta are joint controllers within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting the website data stored in your browser or by contacting us at contact@leandro-meirelles.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Apart from the Meta Pixel, this website does not carry out any other analytics or cross-site tracking.

When the website is accessed, data is automatically stored in so-called server log files. In particular, the IP address, date and time of access, pages accessed and technical information about the device are recorded. This data is processed exclusively for security and technical provision purposes (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) and is automatically deleted after a short period.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority in Hamburg is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
