Withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

For contracts for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as performance of the contract has begun, after the consumer:

• has expressly agreed that performance of the contract begins before the withdrawal period expires, and
• has confirmed that they lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins.

Access to the digital content takes place after purchase via a personal registration and access process. Once access to the content begins, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with the legal requirements.

The following consent is obtained during the ordering process:

"I expressly agree that access to the digital content begins immediately and that, as a result, I lose my right of withdrawal."

This consent is given by actively ticking the corresponding checkbox before completing the purchase.

If the right of withdrawal has not yet expired in the individual case, all payments we have received from you will be refunded immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract reaches us. For this refund we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
